Using the beta
Auditova is an early beta operated independently by an individual operator. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your location.
Research, not a guarantee
Auditova organizes and analyzes evidence to support product and market decisions. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or based on limited public material. They are informational only and are not legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions made using the service.
Inputs and permissions
You keep responsibility for information you submit. You grant Auditova permission to process that information only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. Do not submit material you do not have the right to use, secrets you do not want processed, or unlawful content.
Use the service responsibly
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, evade usage or security controls, use outputs to violate another person's rights, or use Auditova for unlawful or harmful activity. Access may be limited or suspended to protect the beta or other users.
The beta will change
Features, limits, access, and availability may change during the beta. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Paid plans shown publicly are not generally available unless Auditova expressly offers checkout to you.
Limits and contact
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages arising from use of the beta. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Questions can be sent to support@auditova.app.
