Who operates Auditova
Auditova is an early beta operated independently by an individual operator. References to "Auditova," "we," or "us" in this notice mean that operator. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to support@auditova.app.
Information we may receive
We receive information you choose to submit, such as your email address, waitlist use case, account details, case inputs, feedback, and support messages. The service and its infrastructure may also process basic technical information needed to operate and secure the beta, such as request timestamps, browser or device information, and network addresses.
Why we use it
Information is used to provide and improve the beta, administer accounts and waitlist access, respond to support requests, understand product use, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable obligations. Waitlist email is sent only where you provide the consent requested by the form.
Service providers and public material
Information may be processed by hosting, authentication, analytics, email, and other service providers that support Auditova. It may also be disclosed where required by law or needed to protect the service and its users. Auditova research can reference material already available on public sources; private case content is not made public merely by submitting it.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with you, or withdraw waitlist email consent, by contacting support@auditova.app. Some information may need to be retained for security, recordkeeping, or legal reasons. Rights vary by location.
Beta changes
This notice may change as the beta develops. Material revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
